My favorite place for a coffee and some inspiration..💫☕

I usually enjoy coming here, but the service could be better organized. This morning, my coffee was ready but sat on the counter for around 5 minutes, and even after I asked, it took another 5 minutes before they realized it was mine. The staff looked tense, which made the experience not enjoyable.

Beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, delicious food

Plenty of car parking. Food selection is good and tasty. Really needs to work on its efficiency in dealing with waiting customers. This is now the second visit in a row where the time taken from joining the queue, and not even a big one, to be able to pay for the order has been at least 15 mins. When the order for hot food is taken it gets sent off to the kitchen to be prepared. There is no-one seemingly in charge of drinks and cakes. It is only when you get to the till that the cashier then becomes aware of it and leaves the till to fill those orders. I did count 9 people behind the counter today, Surely one could have been at the cake stand to fill those orders and another one at the coffee machine doing hot drinks to help the queue of customers get served faster. One thing that did strike was the younger ages of the staff today and this may just be a part-time job for them. The overall impression I got was that there were no members of management about. I did notice they were advertising for more staff. This isn't necesarily about needing people to work harder, just to work smarter. Hoping for an improvement next time.

Great cafe, tasty food and desserts, good coffee, with alternative milk options. Lovely garden centre with anything you may need, any time of the year great selection of flowers , trees, plants.

Botanics Home and Garden Centre is a true gem! The store is beautifully organized, making it so easy to find everything you need for your garden, from a wide variety of plants and seeds to charming decorations like butterflies and ladybirds along with dog, cat, and Buddha figurines. There’s also a lovely selection of creative pots, cozy couches, dining tables, cutlery, and decor—perfect for getting your home ready for the Easter Bunny! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It’s a wonderful place to shop for both your garden and home!
