Really lovely experience at Bottles Bank Pub in Rathgar today. My son fell just outside and a staff member immediately came out to help us, cleaned his knee and put a plaster on him.
Such a kind and caring gesture in the moment — really appreciated it as my son and I felt well looked after 😊
This definitely speaks well of the people working here!
In a few years (at least 13!) when my son and I go for a pint, we will definitely come by! 😉😊
Pints are very good to be fair but they are just too expensive, they've gone from been €6.70 this time last year roughly to now €7.25 a pint which is just not fair but they are still getting the customers and probably paying mad rents and stuff but they could bring that down a bit lower and still do grand I'd imagine. One thing I've noticed in this pub is that there is always folks playing Irish music at the end of the pub and I can never get a seat there because of it, I like to sit in a quiet part of the pub and enjoy a drink also they are the most comfortable seats but always a gang there playing music taking up the whole section. Staff are superb 👌 and pints are tops.
The friendliest staff in the area.
Lovely bar environment and more private rooms on the sides as well as back door smoking area and roof over the garden with big screen for watching matches
