We tried two routes - shorter and the longer one - both excellent. There's changing rooms on site, and you can take a shower afterwards if you want to. You're always with an experienced kayaker, and you get a bit of training before. Kids loved it, and they really enjoyed all the extra activities, also falling into the water! Highly recommended.
