Brasserie on the Corner in Galway

We did not have a reservation but got a table in the bar. The menu is good with plenty of fish specials. The spiced prawns starter was delicious, as was the Seabass mains and the iced cream combo for desert - we also a had a bottle of very good house white. Add to that a very attentive and friendly staff. We shared starter and dessert so we got everything for €100. We'll be back!

I didn’t have a reservation but was able to get seated right away! I visited on a Sunday evening just before 5, and it was busy/got busier. Service was great except they forgot my drink, when my dinner came out, the waitress asked if I’d like a drink so I ordered it again and it promptly arrived. I got the roast chicken and it was very nice; the gravy was super flavorful, and the mash potatoes/veg were delicious. The space itself is lovely; I was sat at the bar side and the interior is very nice. Overall I’d recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

Went for the pre theatre set menu for a starter and main (chowder and pan fried sea trout) for about €34 exc service. Good service, nice ambiance and very tasty. Worth making a reservation.

Arrived with a group of 15 for dinner. The restaurant is fantastic. We had great dinners and fantastic service from Brenna, our waitress. The service and quality of the food make this place a must eat!!

Toasted sandwich and soup, it was just fine.

Probably the best Fish & Chips I’ve ever had.

A nice cozy place with friendly service and good food. Good prices for seafood. Very tasty Irish coffee there. I recommend this place more as a snack or lunch.

1year after our meal celebrating our 25th anniversary and we are still talking about how amazing our experience was here! Our taste buds we’re singing that night!
