Coffee always great and staff are great

If I could only package up BRAW and send it wholesale to be near me in London then I would (Buncrana, you find no gentleman in me)! It’s such a brilliant outfit: quality product, fair pricing, exceptional customer service and amazing coffee at the heart of it all. BRAW could certainly teach London coffee retailers a thing or two about how to look after people. I was back from London for a few days and visited every day. They remembered my order, took time to chat to me, and even provided me with an umbrella, a flattened box and a towel so that I might sit happily in the rain with my breakfast. The last time I sat on a towel in Buncrana was in Sr. Peter’s class in the ‘Baby School’ 1972 when I would do so on a regular basis because I was unable to reach the high door handle and would soil myself as I was too shy to ask permission to go to the outside toilets. No such problem at BRAW, I hasten to add - and that towel can be used again! Well done to all the team. I definitely will be back.

Good smoothies. The new location a few yards up the road now is helpful. More parking and seating now, which is good. Becoming more popular so waiting times can be a bit long.
