Bread 41 in Dublin

This is a regular neighborhood go-to for me. Their pastries and freshly baked bread is consistently delicious and flavorful, a safe choice if you’re craving a croissant or sourdough loaf. Their almond croissant is an absolute favorite, but some of their weekly/monthly limited items are high up there as well! Atmosphere is OK, it’s always super busy (typically a line outside the building) and fairly loud, so it’s not a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy, best for takeout IMO.

The best bread you can eat in Dublin. Whatever you choose it would be good. The bread is soooo good and tasty. And all of their pastries are mains blowing.

My friend has been bringing me their pastries at work for the past months so I knew I needed to check out all the options in person. And boy, was I impressed. They have so many interesting flavours and it’s all super delicious and fresh. You can pick your own bread by yourself and pay without talking to anybody, which is cool! They are dedicated to eradicate plastic waste which is awesome. So if you want your coffee to go, you should either bring your own cup or be ready to buy their reusable one (pictured) for a fiver - no paper cups on sight. The pastry you see suffered a bit on my way home, but trust it was lovely.

These people are very serious about baking and coffee. The team here starts by making their own flour and spent a lot of time developing their yeast. I appreciate their take on the industrialization of bread and how they are trying to bring back traditional methods. Their bread is proofed for two days instead of just half a day. Every thing was superb and the place was super busy at 10am, but worth the wait! The espresso was excellent.

I know it is a very busy place but totally worth it. The best coffee and food, amazing staff.

Bread 41 is my all-time favorite bakery. Well worth the wait if there is one, and the line moves quite fast! Go early to ensure availability if you’re looking for something specific. The pistachio cruffin they’ve got at the moment is divine! Sausage roll is the best one I’ve ever had, too!

Fabulous Breads & Pastries, Wonderful Staff who create a welcoming & friendly atmosphere for all, real sense of community in the place (which is rare in a city spot) , easily one of my favourite places in the city , Believe The Hype 👌

We are absolutely addicted to the coffee and food here at Bread 41. Everything here is so delicious and the service is absolutely fast and incredible. We hope to come back one day.

A bakery with a selection of incredible pastries. Their "Cruffin" is possibly the best bakery pasty I've ever eaten. A cornucopia-shaped croissant, filled with custard and berry preserves, topped with whipping cream, and a garnish of berry clafoutis. Absolutely amazing.
