Mexican burger and Hawaiian burger both were lovely. Just taking a star away because the salad was very dry and had no dressing on it only for that would be 5

I've never had a bad experience in Kernans. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and there's a great selection of food and drinks to choose from. It's location is ideal as it's based in Letterkenny Retail Park and it has an abundance of free parking.

A great place for a quiet bite to eat in a busy town. Service is always great. They are very accommodating to dietary needs. Service is quick and on point. Their breakfasts are really good.

01/02/2025: Went in for a doner kebab meal with a chip and drink and I have to say the staff were super friendly, staff at till had great manners and was super helpful. food came quick! Will be back again!
21/01/2025: Place was clean and nice, served quickly and food was really nice. Maybe a little expensive for the size (€8.95 for doner in pitta) but it was worth it.

31/12/2024: Family dinner 10 adults 5 children on 27th dec. the room was very cold and many items were not on the menu as hotel had been closed for 2 days. I am a pensioner and asked for half portion of curry, i could not eat full portion, but was told that the chef does not permit half portions. So i just took soup but, my mistake i did not ask the type of soup …. it was tomato soup which i could not eat! The other 9 adults were very happy with their food choice. I think that older people should be permitted to order smaller portions, rather than full portion and throwing out a lot of it, we should be encouraged to reduce food waste.
14/11/2024: The environment is truly charming, with a wall full of books that adds a unique touch to the atmosphere. The food is satisfactory, neither exceptional nor disappointing, overall providing an acceptable dining experience.
