Update: More new staff. Trying their best. It is obvious that lack of support/ systems / management is the problem. Contract should be reviewed by #Tesco.

06/07/2025: Im not sure why so many people complain about this place, because I loved every second of it. The service is amazing - a manager on shift knows his stuff very well, he’s incredibly helpful too. Food well prepared, very short wait. I love the interior - it feels so 90’s! Apparently this place was open about 20 years ago and it still keeps its original design. Amazing!

23/03/2025: Great chicken burger as per usual. Bit of beautiful stained glasswork & the stairs have a great design. It was a bit dirty on the table we sat at. Establishment could've been tidier.
