Brogan's in Dublin

Great when we visited in 2011. Visiting again next May.

Decent boozer. Normal central Dublin prices and atmosphere

Great old fashioned Irish pub. The way pubs are meant to be! No loud music, twee Irish stuff and no trendy decor anywhere. Just a nice place for a drink and a chat. The staff is super friendly. It wasn't overly busy while we were there, in fact we noticed a few people come in for a quick drink and head off again. Definitely a spot to go to before a show in the Olympia theatre or just to get back to how pubs once were in Dublin. We will be back.

Great place to pop in for a pint.

If you come early, the bar isn’t that full and you can get in with a bigger group. The beer has pretty normal prices. When the bar is full in the evening, it has a whole vibe to it. It has no music playing, that’s what you need to take into consideration.

I always try to stop and get a pint at Brogans because it’s so traditional with lovely people and good vibes!

Traditional Dublin pub, friendly staff, unfortunately not many craft beers if that's your thing.
