Brown Bear in Ladytown

Absolutely delicious food, creative combination of flavours, friendly down to earth service, stylish decor. We dined in the restaurant rather than the bar, both are relaxed style. Busy enough on a Wednesday evening, nice ambiance. Looking for an excuse to return soon. 😀 Price reflects what I'd expect for this type of cuisine unlike the experience in some places nowadays.

A very stylish restaurant that we discovered while passing through. We started with delicious bread and dips. Our food was very tasty; we had the chicken, the beef burgers, and a chicken burger. The chicken and beef burgers were very juicy. Unfortunately, the chicken burger was very crispy and therefore dry. We were served alternately by two women. One was very friendly, but the other seemed very annoyed and unfriendly, giving us several disapproving looks, which made us feel unwelcome.

What a lovely place for a meal. Few places around that do consistent quality good food every time. They know what they're good at and do it well. Perfect place for a semi-formal group meal. Pub is super too.

This is the one place we are sure of good food, good service and a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant never fails to deliver and the staff are extremely nice
