Serving crew here in Waterford are such a lovely bunch. Every one of them smiles , is polite and genuinely friendly. Coffee is always good here too.

Genuinely the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Whether you’re after a smooth flat white or a rich iced latte, they never miss. But what really takes this place to another level is the staff — and I have to shout out Caragh, who is an absolute gem. She’s a recent addition to the team, and honestly? It’s like she’s been there forever. Her energy, her vibe, the way she remembers your order and makes you feel like royalty every single time — it’s rare. She doesn’t just serve coffee, she serves positivity with a side of caffeine. An absolute legend. Btwenty7 isn’t just a coffee stop — it’s part of my day now. A proper go-to. Vietnamese iced coffee on menu board is 4.40 but on 2 occasions was charged 4.70 when I queried it the girl said she could give us it at 4.40 but fill it up less . This sounds like a scam as its a 12 oz cup . Both prices should be on the menu in that case Annoyed
