Located close to the City center. We had to book in advance as it is very busy at weekends. They have a great selection of dishes and the food was amazing. Also a wonderful cocktail menu.

Lovely food, service was adequate. The place was void of atmosphere, we went at 18:00 Tuesday after Christmas, staff getting shelves and stock which should be done by day when closed. Lots of noise from these jobs been done.

I have been here at least one time previously and it was also very good. The staff know what they're doing and they're really attentive. The food is very well done and very tasty. With the white selection of Asian food types it's really good mix for everyone. I will go back again and bring my friends.

Great experience in Buddha Bar Saturday 15th! Didn’t book a table but the staff were quick to get us a spot. The waitress serving us was lovely and a special shout out to Ben at the bar who really went above and beyond! The food & drinks were lovely and please pass on our thanks & compliments to Ben who also gave us some great recommendations for Galway! - Bill’s pals from Dublin

As a local I've eaten at Buddha Bar several times over the years, but I think the meal this evening was the best yet! 2 pages of starters--huge selection of cocktails--mojito was GREAT! Order a starter of Chicken Satay Skewers, and main of Cantonese Orange Chicken-the orange sauce was perfect for the chicken, and the pineapple on top put it over the top! Presentation was great, and the food was excellent! The servers were friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was literally as full as it could possibly get. The time between the starters and mains was timed just right as well! Prices are excellent for Galway, and one couldn't ask for anything more! This may have to become the favorite restaurant!

This was one of the better bars we've been to in Ireland. The cute bartender that looked like Jim Sturgess let us stay past 10:30 for an extra round, and that lemon meringue pie cocktail changed my life šŸ¤˜šŸ» Also, my brother gets espresso martinis everywhere he goes, and he said this was the best he's ever had.

Jalan Jalan

06/12/2025: A combination of Asian best. You can find Thai, Malay, Hong Kong, and pan-asian cuisine in this place! Superb taste! Jalan Jalan brings Galway closer to Southeast Asia than ever! Highly recommended!

Khow Thai

30/11/2025: The food here is amazing! We booked it as we were in Galway for the day and couldn’t get a table in the town centre were all busy. Glad we didn’t as I have had 100s of thai and Vietnamese meals and this was one of, if not the best I have ever had. We were a bit nervous as it is on an industrial estate but don’t be as the food is amazing. We were a party of 5 and we all raved about the dishes we had chosen. We were over from the UK visiting Irish friends and we had driven from Portlaoise and the joke is now, we will always want to go to Galway because of the quality of this food every time we visit. If you live near Galway and like Thai/Vietnamese food, don’t bother with the town centre, go here! We spent Ā£31 per head but only one of us was drinking alcohol so €30-40 per head I would say
17/11/2025: Best food I've had in Galway. What Thai food should be. Outstanding.
