Buddha Bar in Galway

Fantastic flavours & great value - portions are huge!

We wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of Quai Street and, after a few detours, discovered Buddha Bar. We got a table right away, even without a reservation. The small bowl of chilled oolong tea was delicious. Choosing a meal wasn't easy, as the menu is so vast. We didn't have to wait long for the food, which was truly delicious. The portion didn't seem large at first, but by the time we were finished, we were so full that we couldn't even fit dessert in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Buddah Bar is located to the left of Assian Restaurant. Same kitchen. Delicious food, enthusiastic cocktail bar staff, and very hospitable hosts.

We loved the food, but a peek “behind the curtain” indicated that the staff was a little stressed and short with each other.

We absolutely loved our experience at Buddha Bar in Galway! The food was incredible, every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Their cocktails were just as impressive - creative, delicious, and perfectly mixed. The service was top-notch friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of the best parts? Their kitchen stays open later than most restaurants in the area, which was a huge plus. We loved it so much, we ended up going back a second time during our trip because we couldn’t get enough! Highly recommend if you’re in Galway and looking for amazing food, drinks, and service in a vibrant atmosphere.
