Cozy atmosphere. Great service. Great food and coffee. The music through the speakers was really nice too haha :)

Most sandwiches can be done Gluten Free.
Chips are not gluten free, but the side salad (lettuce with salad dressing) is gluten free.
I got the ham, cheese and mayo toastie which was very tasty. My sister got the same but they forgot her mayo. When she asked for the mayo to be added it was delivered back out without one slice of the sandwich. Gluten free bread is small enough as is, no need to be removing slices out of spite.
Staff were very polite.

Second visit in three days, the chowder was enjoyed both days and this falafel on the second trip was delicious. Great shopping of crafts to be enjoyed also.

Amazing place!! The breakfast was the best I've had, probably ever! They really don't go cheap with the ingredients, and the kids devoured the pancakes, 100% recommend, I'll definitely be back, amazing service too

Visited here with friends and we all decided to have a fry.
So many Irish fry’s now use cheaper, inferior quality meats but not this one. Absolutely fantastic. The provision of a salsa sauce was most welcome.
Not much more I can say except that I’ve been recommending this place to friends, so that should say enough!

Builin blasta is a gem on route to what one could called the gateway to Connemara, the food is great, lovely selection re retail and local goods and on a sunny day there isn’t a nicer spot.
My only qualm is the music selection, a lot of establishments put a great deal of thought into food, decor and service and then don’t think about the type of music they are choosing to play in their establishment. I could be wrong but I get the sense that Builin hasn’t given it much thought . Today I had my lunch in Builin, lovely lunch, the place was packed and the music, some kind of odd selection of fast paced thumping teenage rock, lots of drums. honestly it made me want to leave as soon as I could it was the opposite to relaxing, it just adds another layer of noise
It’s just the wrong kind of tunes for this cafe, and don’t get me wrong I love music, I’m a musician.. so please Builin, re think your playlist and I gurantee you everyone will be at lot happier, mile buiochas
