The outdoor seating is especially pleasant, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast – perfect for a relaxed start to the day. The food was fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The classic breakfast with egg, sausage, and crispy hash brown was delicious and perfectly balanced. The vegetarian options with mushrooms and tomatoes were also flavorful and tasted incredibly fresh. The drinks were equally impressive: The matcha was excellent – ​​intense, creamy, and full of flavor. The green tea was pleasantly mild and aromatic, a perfect complement to breakfast. Overall, a fantastic café with excellent food, a friendly atmosphere, and high-quality drinks. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I stopped by Builin Blasta initially because we were in Galway for the day and heard it was dog friendly. I am so glad we did. The food was absolutely outstanding, it is a beautiful place to sit, and the service was top notch. We also got a loaf of bread to take home and it was one of the best loaves we have had in quite a while. Officially obsessed--cannot wait to come back.

I’d the duck Ramen and it was delicious . It was substantial with a good helping of duck, a boiled egg & a creative mix of seasonings & herbs that aroused & satisfied my taste buds. The staff were polite & professional and the atmosphere was warm & welcoming . There was great variety on the menu & coffee that really hit the spot.The reusable coffee cups are class I bought two . I highly recommend foodies & everyone to treat themselves to Builin Blasts as there’s something for everyone there. I also bought a bottle of its own brand of honey & mustard salad dressing which is also delicious .

At first I thought I wouldn't like the food here because there wasn't anything I liked on the menu, but my mushroom and egg toast was delicious, and the cappuccino was great.
