Such a great experience! The burger was absolutely delicious. I was actually the first customer to order the burger with bacon and even got a T-shirt for it, which was such a fun surprise! A big shout-out to Pamela, she was amazing! The whole team was super friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about what they do. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves a good burger and great service!

We were a party of 6, on a Saturday night. They were super busy but Pam fit us in and she gave us the best service. Food was so so good! Highly recommend!

I’ve got a double hamburger there, my third time in store, really tasty and the fries were really good. Even the place being really busy at the time I arrived, I could see that the girls were doing an amazing job, really attentive and efficient. Definitely coming back in the future

Updating my review from two years ago.Bunsen is the best burger you could ever have but the service and experience we had this evening was not up to standard. The chips were not hot on arrival and felt like they had been under a warmer for too long. I was given the wrong burger on the first occasion and the staff were obviously run off their feet with collections as well as serving people sitting in with a much longer wait for food than normal. Not once were we asked if everything was ok, not even when paying. We won't be coming back to this location for a while and hope to see things back to normal excellent standards next time.
