Burger King in

I ordered crispy chicken that had an unusual and awful taste. I ordered another burger and, upon picking it up, complained about the previous order. I was assisted by Alisson, an extremely polite and helpful young man who insisted I choose another item, but that wasn't my intention; I just wanted to point out that something about that burger wasn't right. Even so, he brought us complimentary ice cream, apologized, and was extremely professional. The experience was saved by this excellent professional.

Service speed has dramatically improved since the last visit, even with a customised order. Thumbs up! Never had bad food here, just slow most of times - not today.

had a wonderful experience at Burger King. I have difficulty seeing and I’m hard of hearing, so ordering can sometimes be challenging. Chloe, Dennis, and Cian were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They took the time to help me read the menu, assisted me with placing my order, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience.

Had a great experience at Burger King today! The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. Linda and Anna were especially kind, friendly, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and provided excellent customer service with a smile. It’s always nice to be greeted by staff who genuinely care about customers. During a massive rush, while most people would be overwhelmed, he was completely locked in focused, composed, and moving with the precision of someone who truly believes in what he’s doing. Every burger that left that kitchen felt like it mattered. Every customer interaction felt intentional. That’s not training that’s passion. And the tattoos? They somehow make it even better. They give him this larger-than-life presence, like a guardian of the grill someone who stands for quality, consistency, and pride in every single order.You can tell he cares deeply about his team too. He’s leading, motivating, supporting not just managing.
