There was no vegetarian menu, although in Europe in every one of their establishments, that's why such a low rating. There is no self-service, and in general it is somehow strange to go back in time 10 years after Europe

I had forgotten how decent the food is here considering it's a fast food restaurant.

The food was good. Burgers are always lovely. The service was grand. You can see the cost cutting in action. Order from the kiosk, which I hate and didn't do. It's only costing people jobs and saving them money. Nobody wiping tables down and clearing the place. Things that might cost €13 an hour but make a massive difference. Also, they really need to lock the door into the toilet area again. Can of beamish, roll of tin foil, and a burnt rubber smell in one of the cubicles. That's crack cocaine. To summarise, the burger was lovely. Top burger. Way nicer than McDonalds crap. But the premises need a bit of TLC.

Really enjoyed their food. It was busy but surroundings were kept really clean.

Food is average. staff can't able to deliver the orders quickly as you can see in the video it has less customers during 4PM to 5PM busy hours. There is no power outlets or charging ports which makes you boring within 10mins and you will leave the place quickly as soon as you completed your food. In order to keep you engaged they invested pigeons by letting them in the dining area so that you will spend sometime by keeping busy in feeding them instead leaving the place quickly. Very innovative thinking and Kudos to the team.
