Burren Nature Sanctuary & Cafe in

A wonderful place for a weekend outdoor activity. Could easily spend 2-3hrs here! There’s farm yard animals that can be petted and fed, trails to be walked and fairy paths to be explored! For family’s there is outdoors parks & indoor play area- good parking- good cafe ☕️

We had the best morning hanging out with Amelia the pig and the guide was sweeter than southern tea- she even provided a raincoat from lost and found when she heard my luggage had been lost by the airline! This was probably among my favorite things we did while on our holiday. Went for a walk on the preserve when we said goodbye to Amelia and her friends (beautiful and easy) and got loads of recommendations for how to fill our afternoon. 10/10 recommend.

Brilliant experience. Unique and so much fun walking Emelia. A beautiful pig. I accidentally booked the wrong day but they were more than accomadating & helped me book another. Brilliant to deal with. Could not recommend any higher

Amazing place. We stopped by later in the day and they still showed us the animals and let us feed the sheep. Very kind people.

We really loved our time with Amelia. She is a very cute and hungry pig. Mary was so lovely and we all enjoyed the walk thru the forest and fairy village. Would recommend to any animal lover. The sanctuary is so well looked after and has an indoor and outdoor playground and a lovely walk as well as a fab coffee shop. A great day out for the family or a couple.

We visited with our toddler and she absolutely loved exploring the grounds, seeing the animals and searching for the fairies. Staff were brilliant and the childrens play area was a hit

A fun place for children to play and visit the animals. The botanical garden was disappointing. We have seen many more flowering plants in the wild than in the garden.

Nice place to drive down. Nice for a walk. Everything is beautifully laid out, especially the long distance forest.
