I like having coffee here sometimes when I grave for chocolate. They always give free chocolate :) As always I ordered cappucino with almond milk.

My wife had a chocolate sundae from here, it was €5 and had so much chocolate, cream, brownie and sauce in she struggled to eat it all. An absolute bargain for what you got and was really top quality. Even came with a free fine chocolate which you could choose

I am a fan of butlers coffee since 5 years and never missed to get a coffee from butlers everyday. There is no complaints about coffee here but the service is appalling. The manger here treats me like I’m asking for a free coffee and couldn’t listen to me even after repeating FOUR TIMES. He literally said he couldn’t hear me. With BUTLERS being a big reputed chain, managers like this guy just destroys the reputation I have over butlers. He also ignores me for another customer while I have already place an order. ( The manager here is a tall guy with glasses) I know my review does not make any difference. The customer service from this guy just ruined my whole day. Never coming back to the butlers in Liffey street.

Not giving 5 starts just because of one staff. Most of the staffs are great, except for a very unfriendly girl named Laura, or Lara, not sure. So if you are going just for the chocolate and beverages extremely recommend, if you are looking for a friendly place to have a coffee avoid the place when she is there at least.

very nice place to visit for a treat great drinks nice cakes and a couple of chocolates as well doing some work on the road outside so a bit tricky to access

Now this Butlers is really nice. Good indoor seating, very wide spacious. Lovely tea and coffee, nice staff. Good Service .It’s easy to find.

25/10/2024: food was excllent except my masala which was too sweet, needs more attention and spices very much like a heinz soup -- if this was improved it could be perfect , Naan good , service lovely great beer and pretty restaurant with lovely staff.
