Great chocolates and drinks to enjoy at cafe

Nice place, lovely coffee, been a regular customer here, never had any issues, staff are lovely, to people complaining in here about little things, get a life!

Step back from the bustle of Temple Bar, across the Penny Bridge, for a tasty chocolate treat. It's almost too good.

I like having coffee here sometimes when I grave for chocolate. They always give free chocolate :) As always I ordered cappucino with almond milk.

My wife had a chocolate sundae from here, it was €5 and had so much chocolate, cream, brownie and sauce in she struggled to eat it all. An absolute bargain for what you got and was really top quality. Even came with a free fine chocolate which you could choose

I am a fan of butlers coffee since 5 years and never missed to get a coffee from butlers everyday. There is no complaints about coffee here but the service is appalling. The manger here treats me like I’m asking for a free coffee and couldn’t listen to me even after repeating FOUR TIMES. He literally said he couldn’t hear me. With BUTLERS being a big reputed chain, managers like this guy just destroys the reputation I have over butlers. He also ignores me for another customer while I have already place an order. ( The manager here is a tall guy with glasses) I know my review does not make any difference. The customer service from this guy just ruined my whole day. Never coming back to the butlers in Liffey street.
