Butlers Chocolate Café, Liffey Street in Dublin

A pleasant place with excellent coffee.

A lot of these scattered over Dublin, hot chocolate was okay, but I have had better ones from independent coffee shops. Still, the chocolates for sale were lovely!

Nice, tastey hot chocolates. Friendly and welcoming service. No disabled toilet but easy to move around the cafe if you have a wheelchair.

I really appreciate this Butlers location and the staff there. The coffee is consistently really good and they are always happy to make a cortado for me. At another Butlers location, they made a big deal out of the fact that they don't do cortado which made no sense to me. They are a coffee shop! Surely they could manage a cortado even if its not officially on their menu. Anyway. I recommend this location specifically, if you are in and around the city centre. There is a genuineness to the service, it is understated but friendly and welcoming. The coffee is excellent and there is a decent amount of seating.

Great tasting coffee and chocolates. The staff is always smiling, prepare drinks quickly and nothing you ask for is a problem for them. My usual spot for a coffee.

Fuimos al Chatham Street Butlers Chocolate Café, ya que el café de Grafton Street está cerrado temporalmente. Disfrutamos de un fantástico capuchino caliente elaborado con granos de café de la más alta calidad. Si bien ninguno de nosotros come chocolate, nos ofrecen un chocolate gratis con el café y las empanadas también parecían deliciosas. El servicio fue amable y definitivamente regresaremos durante nuestra estancia en Dublín.
