Very busy most of the time, which is not surprising given the coffee. Tables can be very slow to be cleared and occasionally cleared of crumbs. Food ( Such as buns cakes ect. ) can be a bit hit or miss. Not withstanding all that we go here almost every day and enjoy it.

Unfortunately my experience lately with Butlers in Pavillions Swords has not been pleasant. It took 20 mins from starting to queue, to actually getting 1 coffee to sit in. Even after ordering, it took forever to get the coffee. The staff behind the counter seem confused and demotivated, no real system. Everything is so slow. The tables are left dirty, full of rubbish for a long time. Not sure what happened, it used to be very good.

Always busy, good coffee and great cake selection. Of course you can have a proper lunch here too, good sandwich choice, toasted or not. "People watching", on the menu...

What a great place for a cup of coffee. And the hot chocolate is absolutely delicious. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great location inside the pavilions.

18/02/2025: Dropped in with my Mum to have a coffee and cake and saw that they have gourmet sandwiches too now! Very impressed with how clean the cafe was and with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Lovely cozy atmosphere and the food was all delicious! Service with a smile and super tasty too! Pleasantly surprised by this little gem 💎

13/01/2025: The vegetable samosas were wonderfully presented and bursting with flavour. We ordered a few mains to share with some naan and pilau rice. Our favourite dish was the chicken jalfrezi and pashwari naan.
31/12/2024: Well that was different December 2024 Food was lovely, staff friendly and definitely very hard working now here is the but.....not enough staff or front of house not organised, service was haphazard waiting almost 1hr to pay our bill...lots of tables waiting to be served or to pay, while customers waiting to be seated. Staff literarily running to catch up on themselves (God love them) also I laughed the ice cream choice for the new years eve menu was rotten (masala flavour 🤮) But we will be back generally this place is great. 5.45pm booking on New Years Eve
