Beautiful chocolate 🍫🍫 Kids love this place!! You order something and you get a chocolate there for absolutely free..si love this kind gesture and yes their behaviour is very polite and friendly..Must visit place

Staff always nice to deal with and always smiling. Never any reduction in the great staff or coffee. While Prices have increased lately, however it is still good value and let's face it everything is getting more expensive of late. Seems to have taken on additional staff of late and while at busy times can be a bit of a queue it has improved. However, it's still my favourite spot for a coffee. No real change apart from a lot of new staff once again. Some of the tables are a bit rocky. All that being said, I still visit every day for my fix

Unfortunately my experience lately with Butlers in Pavillions Swords has not been pleasant. It took 20 mins from starting to queue, to actually getting 1 coffee to sit in. Even after ordering, it took forever to get the coffee. The staff behind the counter seem confused and demotivated, no real system. Everything is so slow. The tables are left dirty, full of rubbish for a long time. Not sure what happened, it used to be very good.

Brilliant customer services. Every customer is treated as the person is. Free sweets at the end, every one brings a jolly atmosphere:)

Always busy, good coffee and great cake selection. Of course you can have a proper lunch here too, good sandwich choice, toasted or not. "People watching", on the menu...

What a great place for a cup of coffee. And the hot chocolate is absolutely delicious. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great location inside the pavilions.

12/10/2024: Ordered online, good deal for 3 lrg pies. Selected what time to bake for and was ready to go 2 mins after it got there. Apple Pay made it handy to pay.

16/11/2024: Went in for a quick brunch which quickly spiralled into an unpleasant experience to say the least. We got seated fairly quickly however, issues started to come to light when placing our order. My partner requested the brisket sandwich with triple the meat whatever the cost as last time the sandwich was lackluster. The manager refused and stated that this request was outrageous. We settled for the breakfast wrap instead and I requested a club sandwich. We waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and a wrap. Multiple parties which, arrived later than us received their food in good time. Finally, upon receiving our order, it was incorrect and a breakfast toastie was given to us mistakenly, instead of the wrap. It took them 2 minutes and 28 seconds to replace the order which, beckons the question why the 40 minute wait in the first place? The club sandwich was nice but the wrap was only okay which was saved by the extra relish that was ordered. I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of the manager and I do not wish this treatment upon anyone as we had to rely on an apology from his staff rather than himself.
