Butlers Chocolate Café, Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords

Was looking forward to visiting but overall wouldn't recommend or go back. The iced chocolate was lovely, but the signature hot chocolate was pretty naff. I've bought their hot chocolate pods before to make at home and it tasted way nicer than what I paid for in store. We also bought a selection of chocolates which were all just dropped in a bag together, whenever we have been to a chocolatiers before they usually put them in a box that keeps them separate, so it was a shame to pay 90c a chocolate for them to all be dropped in a bag together. They were nice chocs and it hasn't put me off buying Butlers, but I wouldn't make a special trip to the cafe like we did.

Nice coffee but need a queue for people who just want a cup of coffee not an iced frappe latte mocha choco decaff made with oakmilk

Very busy most of the time, which is not surprising given the coffee. Tables can be very slow to be cleared and occasionally cleared of crumbs. Food ( Such as buns cakes ect. ) can be a bit hit or miss. Not withstanding all that, we go here almost every day and enjoy it. Still a must visit everyday and still great coffee. Front door issues now resolved so thats a plus.
