A truly excellent and exclusive restaurant in Dublin. The main room is somewhat Art Nouveau in style, and you can see that the extension behind it, probably with a glass roof, was designed more in the Parisian style. Unfortunately, I didn't go to the roof terrace.
The entire interior makes a very cozy impression. Even when many people are eating there, you can still have a pleasant conversation at a table. The restrooms are kept clean and modern. There's also a very pleasant hand soap.
There's not much more to say about the dishes other than that they are all very delicious. I had already ordered the "Early Bird" menu with three courses, which deviated slightly from the regular menu. I had the "French Onion Soup" as a starter, the "Rotisserie Chicken" as my main course, and the "Lemon Tart" for dessert. All the dishes were very flavorful, well-seasoned, and the portions were perfectly adequate. They also served San Peligrino water at the beginning.
The service also left nothing to be desired. However, you did feel a bit like you were being watched at times, both by the waiters and the foreman and the manager (if it was the manager). This led to people asking you a bit about whether everything was okay, etc. But that's not really something to complain about, as it ensured you were well looked after.
All in all, a very exquisite experience. I would gladly return and would happily recommend it to others.
By the way, it's recommended that you reserve tables in advance.

We recently visited Café en Seine and had an overall pleasant experience. The ambiance was lovely, with a great atmosphere for a night out. Both the food and drinks were excellent and definitely worth recommending.
However, we did have a small issue with the hostess. When I tried to get her attention, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away without acknowledging the request. It felt a bit dismissive and left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable evening.
Hopefully, this was just a one-off, as the rest of the staff and the experience were great.

Delighted to be here for dinner with an old friend/neighbour when visiting Dublin. I'm keen on a starter & dessert, so the beetroot & goat's cheese salad followed by tiramisu, which all three of us had & thoroughly enjoyed, was perfect for me. A very busy place, so it can be a little noisy if your intention is to chat around the table. Last time we ate her I had the lemon tart with raspberry sorbet, which was delicious, so I admit I was torn between it & the tiramisu - oh well, next time!

Lovely place for lunch and the decor was stunning. Disappointed though only salad as an option for vegetarians. I wanted a cheese toastie but they said all the toasties were pre-made and had meat on them which I thought was strange for a sandwich. They really need to improve on their offering for vegetarian diets
