Cafe India Tullamore in Tullamore

Great little restaurant, really enjoyed our meal.

Chicken and beef is halal. Also there is a lot of vegan options to choose from. The toilets could be a bit cleaner. But the atmosphere is very amazing, it’s very nicely decorated.

The food here was really lovely – fresh, tasty, and honestly couldn’t fault it. But the service was very disappointing. The staff were really inattentive the whole time. We weren’t checked on once and had to get up ourselves anytime we wanted something, even just to order another drink. By the end of the meal we just gave up trying because we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. There were only two other people in the place, so it definitely wasn’t busy. It just felt like the staff were more interested in chatting and being on their phones than actually serving customers. Such a shame because the food is great, but the service would really put me off coming back.

Great casual dining Thai food restaurant in the centre of Tullamore. Food good, service friendly and efficient, reasonably priced. I recommend!
