Caffe Latte in Portlaoise

02/09/2026: Busy McDonald's, food arrived fairly quickly, the drive thru was quite busy, and the staff were very friendly. Nice place like most McDonald's I'll definitely be back again. Thank you to everyone for your great service.

25/08/2026: Young man called Sean think he’s a manager now… if I could give 6 stars I would. Used to come years ago with my husband thru the drive through and he was always so helpful and smiley. My husband got sick and we haven’t been in about 2 years, he passed a few months ago, but him and Sean would always chat away to each other. On the road this morning and decided to stop in to McDonald’s to get a coffee and straight away he recognised me! Small thing like this made a huge difference, and I left with a smile on my face… whoever promoted him knows what they’re doing… easy for young people to not care about their part time job but to me it’s clear he cares about what he’s doing. Even the staff on the floor all smiles, makes such a difference to service standard also. Keep doing what you’re doing ☺️
