Caffè Nero in Dublin

This is always a busy coffee shop. A good place to chat with friend and they have a longer closing hour. A lot of mixed people come here, just to let you know.

Just visited for their hot chocolate as my friend said its the best there is. Unfortunately they didnt have whipped cream left but John and Jean provided exceptional service to us by making some more. They have a great passion for customer service and I hope they are recognised for being highly valued employees.

The coffee is nothing special, neither the best nor the worst... They sell a wider variety of products than other establishments in their category.

Coffee is always fantastic but the lack the nice vegan chocolate options they had before as much as the granola and raspberry crossiant are good options I wouldn't be running in for them just be settling for them.

Best contado in Ireland. Pastries are very yummy. It is open early, so it is perfect to stop before going sightseeing.

Brilliant Coffee, the Barrista knows what he does. The staff team ist friendly, attentive, and cares. Everything is clean and nice.

I like this cafe Nero been there before but the server was extremely rude pretended like the entire me and got messed up my drink order on purpose twice and he pretended like couldn't hear me and you only did that to me and my friends he didn't do that to anybody else more polite to the other skinnier females a lot more polite to the males

I was at this coffee shop this morning and was shocked at how extremely dirty the place looked. I'm not talking about where you sit, but the counter was dirty and greasy. The coffee place was a mess with coffee grounds everywhere. There were a bunch of small cups in the coffee maker (for just one shot of coffee, when in reality you only need one). I could see the kitchen floor, and my god, what a disgusting place. There's no way you guys could pass a HACCP inspection.

The staff are polite, and WiFi and charging sockets are provided, providing a comfortable and warm resting space on rainy mornings.
