The Green Hen in Dublin

Loved it went there with my pregnant Fiancee yesterday and the food was great the atmosphere was really lovely and the customer service was top-notch, the staff are a real credit to the restaurant. We will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely dinner here. We were a group of four and tried lots of different things on the menu and everyone commented on how good the food was. The service is also great - the staff are so nice!

It's been some years since I last visited this restaurant, but what a joy! Wonderful food, wonderful service; a five-star visit! It won't be long till I return.

We had a lovely evening at the Green Hen. We were a party of 8 My only complaint was the Rib Eye steak that at least 4 of us had. The steak was more like a slice of beef. It was very thin and in my opinion not worth €39 it was served with a small portion of fries and a sprig of lettuce leaves. I understand that it's the city centre but it would definitely put me of going there for a steak again.

I was whith my kids on dinner and get served by Dragan he was amezing and all staff that time was so good if I rember was cristofer and 2 more Yong boys great time amezing food well done to all staff place was so nice and cosy. That night I feel so special with amezing atmosphere if I can give mor then 5 starts I will give well done to all the teme keep like that. Definitely will be back again.

A very welcoming team that creates a super nice atmosphere! Super well cooked dishes of very good quality. Super friendly French waiters who took great care of us!

Superb lunch, staff couldn’t be nicer and food outstanding!

Food was delicious, perfectly seasoned , and perfect timing between meals. Waiter was very nice, and you could tell he loves his food! Only 1 thing is waitress could dress a bit more appropriate for a well established restaurant. But can't complain about anything else. Definitely return

Lamb roast was exceptional, cooked rare with mashed potatoes and a truffle sauce. Service was great too.

First, let me say the service was impeccable. They were very attentive, and the ambiance in the place is great. However, I ordered the pan seared hake, which was cooked beautifully and the fondant potato was alright (could have used an extra minute or two). The mussels on the side were just alright, mainly because the entire dish was...I hate to say it, but at this price point... criminally under-seasoned. Needless to say, other people in our party ordered the steak, which wasn't cooked to their liking for at least half of them. Wishing the staff all the best, hoping it was just a one-off day. Cheers
