Mario behind the deli counter is the greatest practices of customer service I’ve ever seen. Made us feel so welcome as tourists. The entire store is great too. Great food at the deli and throughout the store, so fresh (especially the strawberries!). All very fair pricing as well.

There’s not a nicer place to get a roll or sandwich. The staff working in the deli make your food like they’re making it for themselves. Such a friendly bunch who seem to genuinely care if you like your food or not. It always looks clean and well stocked. Would 100% recommend.

I was in this centra the other day,got a wrap from the deli,the ques were long but moved very fast,staff were so friendly and food area was displayed very well and clean looking,will definitely be back 👌

03/12/2024: I had the pleasure of being served by Tiere at Subway, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable.
17/11/2024: I was served for a very nice and professional guy. He had a different T-shirt so o guess he is the manager. Even with a big queue he was fast, and kind, and managed the situation by himself which I believe it’s very hard, Subway should hire more staff, he was working alone in a very busy time, that’s not right!

26/04/2025: Review from The Tax Raven ... Brambles is a top Class Cafe and Coffee Shop in Heuston Train Station Dublin ... very impressive ... Quality food at all times and the service from the people working here are a huge credit to hospitality as it should be ... very reasonable prices and plenty of seating ... I regularly come here and it is a welcome break to stop off and get a fine Coffee and any other refreshments you may need .. plenty of seating also inside and coffee to go if needed also ... well worth a visit ...
11/02/2025: Very nice and helpful staff. Valerio (hope I spelt the name correctly, keep the busy cafe so clean and are friendly and helpful always. Also, the coffee (hazelnut with added chocolate, thanks for the extra calories V) is excellent
