The staff were welcoming, the room perfect for our needs and the price, the restaurant very good too and the shuttle meant going to and from the airport was a breeze.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions both before flying on holidays and just fir a nights stay to go into the city centre, tidy clean and courteous staff, the gym has had a make over and would be fitting in any top gym in the country looking forward to returning Darren

Great stay, perfect for early dublin airport flight

Great stay. Comfortable and warm. Lighting bad for applying make up. But in general great hotel for short stay before our flight to Dublin.

Check-in was amazing. I was doing ongoing trip. The lady that checked me in offered help getting around Dublin very convenient to the airport they have a 24 hour shuttle. I think runs every 45 minutes. I ask about holding my bag cause I was doing a short trip from there. I was told yes by a manager the day before I leave, I went down to the front desk To double check and it was told they would never hold bags more than just a couple hours so I asked for manager the lady I was talking to said I was the front desk manager. I said I need to talk to the GM manager and she said I wasn’t allowed to talk to him and then I asked for the highest manager that I could talk to. It did not change that the fact Told them that a manager told me I could so instead of coming back to this hotel I changed my plans to another hotel the original manager that told me that I could apologize in person and explain the situation. I don’t have no hard feelings towards him or the front desk worker that was working with him. They was just trying to help a fellow traveler out that was going to come back to their hotel.

Perfect service, nice and convenient hotel if you need to stay around the airport.
