We had high expectations going in and the place definitely lived up! It was my first time trying an Irish breakfast and it was exactly what I imagined it would be. A big recommend

We were expecting a bit of playful banter and came ready for the jokes since that’s part of the charm, but instead, we got the warmest welcome. Alan was an absolute sweetheart—guess he has a soft spot for Mexicans. We tried the traditional Irish breakfast and an open BLT sandwich. Food was delicious, Irish coffee was lit 😌🔥 🇲🇽 Definitely would be happy to visit again.

Had breakfast here based on a recommendation from a local. The atmosphere is great with outdoor seating perfect for people watching. Graham our server was funny and kept the line of people waiting to enter entertained. We ordered the black coffee and scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was robust and piping hot. The scrambled eggs were a little undercooked and the bacon was not as expected compared to bacon in the US, but here to try new things!

Everyone raved about it... and they weren't wrong! 😏
The owner was really nice and knew how to entertain you while you waited for a table with some really funny jokes. 😂
The place is really well stocked and has a wide selection to suit everyone's tastes! I had the classic dish and I have to say, I wish I lived in Dublin just to be able to have breakfast like this. 🤩
I highly recommend it to everyone; if you're in the area, stop by!

Friends found this on TikTok and found it highly recommended. From their understanding the staff are supposed to be "rude" to you but I didn't find they were. Maybe sarcastic but not rude. What was annoying was them telling everyone their credit card machine would be down and then you'd have to wash dishes or stay until it came back up. They did this to the table next to us but then came back and seemed like it was a joke and was like "oh it's back up." When it came time for us to pay they said it was down and needed to pay cash. We pushed back a little and said you've literally said that to everyone then the guy became rude. So we get out cash and go to pay and he's like oh I'm restarting the machine you can pay by card. That was annoying.
Other than that place was small and quaint. Serves traditional Irish breakfast items. Food was good, just don't expect anything to be favorable. Food in general in Ireland is very bland.

We had to wait outside a few minutes for a table but it was well worth it. Glad we picked this place for breakfast, split the cheese and bacon omelette with toast, very tasty. Irish coffee and tea very good. Alan was very kind and hospitable, didn’t catch our waiter’s bar but he was as well.

Allen the owner was absolutely hilarious and kept us entertained in the queue which moved quickly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced especially given its in the heart of temple bar. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful cafe in Temple Bar! It is on a quiet corner, open early, closes early (good for them), Graham is a delight! Bring the owner a "gift"...
