Carpenter's Bar and Lounge in Carlow

I found this address by chance, but I'm so glad I stopped by. The portion was generous. The owner was very friendly.

A typical Irish restaurant, good and friendly. And reasonably priced.

Its a very good place to eat, the food is very good. Staff is very friendly.

I love Carpenters. The food and service is excellent. The girl on the till was pleasant and very helpful. She gave a customer a glass of water while we were there, even though there was a water station and he never as much as said thank you. The place was very busy and the staff kept on top of it all. After our meal we went into the bar to finish our drinks and it was also busy. It was a great atmosphere. There was great craic going on. I recommend Carpenters to everyone.

Absolutely Delish Sunday carvery, roast beef was melt in your mouth, carrots cabbage, mash potatoes, garlic potatoes, crochet potatoes and gravy, what a plate full, it was lovely and hot right too yhe last fork full. Well done to all the staff and chefs . We will be back. Thank you

Had a full irish breakfast here yesterday it was absolutely lovely best in Carlow I would say you won't go a way Hungary that's for sure.

Had Sunday lunch today, Roast Beef with all the trimmings. It was delicious 😋. The flavour so good, I would highly recommend it for food. Lovely friendly staff. Help needed at the cashier's desk, would help greatly with queue. I will be back for more 👍
