OMG, all the different flavours of milkshake, thick tasty milkshake. The ice-cream, the cakes, atmosphere, service, everything. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Carter's.

Nice espresso and hot chocolate, lovely place and they also give you a small free chocolate with your coffee so I would definitely recommend it

A good experience for a quick stop for coffee and/or sweets

One of the best spots in Waterford for a coffee, they offer a lot of chocolate products also which are top class, but it's the coffee that keeps me going back. Lovely staff and an overall great atmosphere to the place. If you go there on a nice day theres nothing better than sitting out on the benches with a coffee and piece of chocolate to accompany it.

Staff were so friendly and chatted away even though it was early in the morning, they gave us little chocolates with our coffees and the kinder eclairs were Devine! Felt so at ease in there, lovely environment

Amazing place. Great service. Shop was busy but we didn't wait long at all. My husband ordered an expresso which was as tasty as the Brazilian Café. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was creamy and I could taste the great quality of the chocolate. The best part was their brownie. Huge delicious slice. It melts in the mouth and the last bit is that delicious crunchy layer on top. Again, the quality of the ingredients is the best. I had to buy another one for my kids. Warm and with ice cream made it even better. Well done guys. Thank you and I can't wait to go back. I loved you played Linkin Park and Pearl jam. 🤘🏻
