Starter, main course and dessert were all fresh and very tasty. I can highly recommend this restaurant. The prices were also very good for the quality. We'll be back.

Was told by a barman in Dungloe to try it out, especially as it was a Thursday, and they had a special deal on steaks for Thursdays. We showed up just after 4pm without a reservation. We were seated without a problem and ordered the “Thrifty Thursday” offer of an 8oz sirloin steak with all the trimmings and a pepper sauce for only €15.95 each. I thought then that the drinks would push the price up, but was very pleasantly surprised when my wife’s large glass of red wine was €6. The steaks came and were very nice indeed. We both then ordered a desert and the bill with 3 drinks was only €62. Great value and lovely food with very nice staff. Shame we stay so far away or we would be here weekly!

Visited this pub twice on a visit to Donegal. Always packed out, great menu choice and service is excellent.
