Castle Inn in Newcastle

Great fish bar/restaurant. Friendly service. The chowder is absolutely delicious. There menu has all the usuals, burgers (saw one on another table, it looked great), fish & chips and lots more. But there is also a separate blackboard with a long list of fish dishes. Great Beamish too! It isn't cheap - but it is good value.

We enjoyed for my sister's birthday and we love the seafood, great Christmas atmosphere with lovely hot 🔥 fire especially winter time.
