Great stay in the Castletroy Hotel. Good value and friendly and professional service.

We had my son's 21st surprise birthday, with 15 guest to celebrate. the hotel staff were so helpful, with the organising this big birthday. always quick to respond to my emails if i contacted them with question.The day of the meal, we delivered the cake and balloons to receiption, who took care of it. when we arrived in the evening for the meal. the guest's had arrived and waiting for us. The decorations and the table was presented elegantly and beautifully. The choice of menu suited everybodies taste. The food and presentation was spot on. and the staff who served us were very professional and hard working to everybodies need's. afterwards we located to the bar, were we had a table for the guest's. The guest at the party, noticed how nice the bar staff were. All in all, a fantastic day for all. i'd like to thank Margagret, Natella,Rosin for all there help, in making the day fantastic for Jamie. and the rest of the staff at the bar. When I needed a room on a busy Friday evening, I was able to ring the reservations team and immediately booked me in. The hotel is conveniently located near UL and has ample parking. The executive rooms were very comfortable and the staff were lovely. I would definitely return for work travel as everything went so seamlessly.

Great location for Bons Limerick. The Hotel at first glance appears quite nice, with good well trained staff and a pleasant Lobby. The rooms, hallways, stained floors, damaged walls, damaged doors, beds, mattresses are very tired and need a major refurbishment. The pool, sauna is grim and the lifeguards saw no issues with lads throwing balls over the swimmers. A real disappointment as I have stayed at all of the hotels in the chain.

Excellent room with super Spa facilities, especially the 20m pool. Very friendly and informative staff. Just loved the 12noon check out so we could have a long, relaxing breakfast.

We had a good stay at Castletroy Park Hotel. Food was good, service good. However, the maintenance and decor leave a lot to be desired. It's dilapidated in places. And maintenance crew need a wake up.

I absolutely adore the hotel. I got one of my favourite rooms 😍 Staff are always so friendly especially the concierge Kevin who goes above and beyond and makes sure everyone who steps through the door is made to feel valued and comfortable. One of my favourite hotels

My Wife and I stayed with you and attended a function on Saturday 14th Feb. Every aspect of our stay was excellent but in particular the hotel staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. We will be back
