Rooms and staff all good Bar food not so good

Staff are the best so friendly and helpful they went out of their way to look after our group

Good friendly service as usual. The rooms look good but my room this time was cold and no matter what i did with trying to heat the room it as futile. I do understand the control and how to heat but it just did not want to rise. Fortunately it was not a super cold night and so i could cope - it was not reported at teh time- also the rooms are really not business friendly , the LACK of sockets in general is a crime and especially with NOTHING at the bed side tables. There is no excuse for this in this day and age. Like i said love the looks of the older style rooms and the bed is great but something should be done with electrical socket access next ot beds including USB / C connections shoudl be there too. What was tacky was a printed piece of paper stating hair dryer is at teh side of the desk shoved under the glass top of the desk ! so so tacky for such a well kept interior of the hotel. Location is a drive away from the centre but not too bad. the hotel is ok and will stay again of course but please i implore sort out the heating and power connections at the bed sides .

Always love going to knavecon at this hotel. The new extension and business center is very well setup. Big rooms with good conference facilities makes for a very pleasant atmosphere.

Great staff, excellent location, but the owners need to put some money back into this hotel to get the beat up to par, it's shameful to have something as big as this hotel, this amount of traffic, and such a dilapidated beat
