Castletroy Park Hotel and Suites in Limerick

We had an excellent stay from start to finish - the staff are incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. The food was superb. Really lovely hotel.

Great Service at the reception desks about deals for workers and students staying at the hotel, great service in the restaurant and quality food, all staff very friendly.

Stayed in Suite 17 of the suites in seperate building that doesn’t have a lockable door to main building! Didn’t sleep due to the noise Everytime the door opened or someone used the overly loud vending machine right outside the door that charged an extra 5% for card purchases. Toilet was and still is I presume black behind the cursory cleaning job. The suite wasn’t as per premier suite layout on the website. The room is chilly. One aircon unit for the entire area. The leisure centre is easy to access but the changing rooms are beyond tired and dirty. Mold in the showers. Dirty lockers without combination locks. I’m surprised they’ve paying members that tolerate this level of dirt. Only has to stay the one night and was glad when morning light came. Breakfast was average. Got food decent. Coffee abysmal but got an insomnia one in the Spar nearby.

Great hotel food was excellent staff were very friendly my daughter birthday they brought out a brownie and sang happy birthday to her can’t wait to come back

Fabulous staff, most wonderful get away for the family. I can't praise the whole experience enough. A special mention goes to Jorge Castro and Shauna behind the reception who were particularly friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs as a family!

I attended a day-time Training Course here. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were top-notch. Well done to all concerned.
