Super cute Café with delicious Oat Matcha, Cappuccino and Sweets! Very friendly staff and beautiful interior. Can recommend 100% and it is also dog friendly! Whether to eat there or to go, everything perfect and made with love!

Catalyst has three branches, one in Dun Laoghaire and two in Bray. I have visited all three and beach one was disappointing. Ordered the Italian w/chicken, sandwich tasted fine but the price is just too much, €15 for a sandwich & ice mocha is really expensive. Ordered an Ice Mocha and was not good at all. Also went around 11am, it was not busy but they took too much time to serve the sandwich. And i actually went to the Florence Villas first but they are not serving food on Monday & Tuesday for next few weeks, which is just weird. But i'm not visiting the beach branch again for sure.

Only had breakfast there, the English breakfast was tasty, could do with more toast....

Ruth and Katie were amazing, extremely kind and welcoming staff who went out of their way to look after us for delicious coffee and pastries. They made our weekend, couldn’t be sounder people - my new favourite spot to go for a coffee in bray

Catalyst is probably the best cafe you will find in Bray. They have two branches in bray and a few others dotted around in nearby towns. Absolutely wonderful service. The team in here always have great craic going and smiles on their face. The coffee is fab but the matcha is basically like jesus himself came down and whisked it up for ya. Plus the team never give out to me when I drop in after a dog walk for a quick matcha and my dog is absolutely going 90 for no reason at all (she just likes screaming unfortunately). You wont find better so stop trying. Just sit down in their covered outdoor seating and watch the world (and waves) go by.
