Catalyst is my favourite coffee shop, the staff are so lovely, the drinks are top tier (the matcha is my favourite!) and the service is amazing. The staff are so friendly and the interior is beautiful too, lots of plants and very clean. As vegans, my family and I appreciate the wide variety of vegan options served at the Florence road café, great for vegans, vegetarians or just people who want to try more plant based options. Highly recommend checking out catalyst, you’ll become a daily customer like myself 😂🥰

I love the coffee here. Staff really kind and friendly. Perfect place for a quiet coffee. Im not veggie or vegan but the mushrooms on toast was soo good! Really enjoyed the food I'll deffo be back!

I was looking for somewhere to eat while I was visiting Bray. I needed it to cater to a vegan and a non vegan. I found this place online and I am glad I did. I find it super hard to find places that have a good vegan menu but this place goes far beyond a good vegan menu. The food was delicious and the service top class. Would highly recommend the Catalyst!!

I live in England but regularly visit family in Greystones. I was introduced to this café a few visits ago and have since brought my friend a couple of times. I'm vegan. It is such a refreshing change to find somewhere who caters so well and willingly for vegans. The choices are great, vegan or not. On this visit I had the pancakes, my friend had french toast. It was delicious, a lot of fresh fruit as a garnish. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent Vegan Irish breakfast - recommend

Got the vegan option of the mushroom toast, which came with scrambled tofu instead of poached eggs. The mushroom toast was delicious and well loaded, and the sourdough toast was perfectly toasted and easily cuttable. The scrambled tofu was also delicious and well seasoned. Ordered a side of breaded asparagus, it was nice but very expensive side for just two pieces of asparagus, I wouldn’t pay for this side again coming back as the portion just isn’t worth it. But they have plenty of vegan options here, and the coffee is delicious too, we got an almond and an oat latte and both were tasty. Great location just off the Main Street in bray and close to the beach too, nice seating and pastries inside, staff are friendly too. Bf is not vegan or vegetarian and thought it was great, happy they offered many egg options. Would come back!
