Catalyst Coffee - Florence Villas in Bray

Got the vegan option of the mushroom toast, which came with scrambled tofu instead of poached eggs. The mushroom toast was delicious and well loaded, and the sourdough toast was perfectly toasted and easily cuttable. The scrambled tofu was also delicious and well seasoned. Ordered a side of breaded asparagus, it was nice but very expensive side for just two pieces of asparagus, I wouldn’t pay for this side again coming back as the portion just isn’t worth it. But they have plenty of vegan options here, and the coffee is delicious too, we got an almond and an oat latte and both were tasty. Great location just off the Main Street in bray and close to the beach too, nice seating and pastries inside, staff are friendly too. Bf is not vegan or vegetarian and thought it was great, happy they offered many egg options. Would come back!

Great range of vegan options (the mushroom and cheese toastie was a highlight!) and oat milk latte was also lovely. Added bonus is that it's dog friendly.

Catalyst stand proudly at the front when it comes to top quality coffee and lovely service. Always unassuming, the staff are equally as knowledgeable as they are friendly and welcoming. When I am in the area I make it my mission to take time to slow down and enjoy a coffee and some lunch here! I would like to mention specifically the coffee here as they have recently started roasting their own. I am so impressed with the quality, the taste and the seamless transition they have made. Very cozy place, nice food and very nice staff

We just loved this little spot… Stopped in right before heading up into the mountains to walk the Wicklow Way. Our entire group was thrilled with their coffees and breakfasts. Can't wait to return.

I am vegetarian and I didn't realise this place was a fully vegetarian cafe. It was one of the best vegetarian cafes I have been to and I have been to many. The portions were huge, really really tasty. Foor was so fresh and some interesting options.. I am not from around here, but I will definitely visit again.

What a gem for a quick bite, coffee is well prepared. The menu is small and full of experience. The setting and atmosfeer is from another planet!!!👏💯
