Deal with your staff, ever since you employed that bully Gabi the service and atmosphere has changed shockingly, I go in there once a week with a group of four and have never had a problem until she started working there, I have heard it on the grapevine she has gotten fired from ger last two jobs due to her attitude and bullying. I won't be going near there anymore especially after her little performance the other day.
