Wow! Today we brought a big group of residents from our Nursing Home for a big meal at the hotel and I just want to say we are very grateful for the beautiful food and the fantastic service!

An absolutely delightful time chock full of small surprises. Arrival by coach (highly recommend West Cork Connect) at sunset, just enough time for a stroll to the beach. The ladies at the front desk and housekeeping staff are so exceptionally kind. Warmed up in the room with tea and biscuits. Got a restful nights sleep in a very clean, comfortable, and quiet suite. Breakfast is available on property for €15. The village offers alternative dining options plus a small grocery. Please visit Nora at the craft and consignment shop for gifts and a chat. Take note of the plaques scattered around the village for thoughtful doses of history. While I waited in the lounge for my return coach a trio set up to play traditional Irish music. I could not have asked for a more memorable St. Patrick’s Day.

Location - youre really in the middle of no where. Not many food options close by and the walk to get to them is up a steep hill. But the remoteness of being close to the beach is peaceful and nice. Breakfast was okay but nothing great. Staff was AMAZING. Rooms got very very hot, even on lowest heat setting...and shower water was stuck on a high heat too. Overall, id come back.

stayed there for a night,our room was lovely,with prebooked breakfast included so dont need to worry about the food,actually we always book hotels with included breakfast and recommend to others do the same,used a swimming pool also ,have sauna and steam room which was nice relaxation time after hard driving around,lovely hotel to stay,and if you wonder of were to get lovely atmosphere of local food and people,there is a good chippery called nighthawks just 2min from hotel
