Personally any time I have visited Central the food is perfect. Piping hot and cooked fresh in front of you. The staff are very friendly. The food is top quality in my own opinion. Even on my second visit to Central, asked what a Paddy Special was, and owner made me a small sample with orginal order to try

Probably one of the best Chippers in the south east in my opinion. Everything is always spot on no matter what you order , staff are always friendly and always go the extra mile to be as helpful as they can. Best place to eat in Thomastown 100%
