Chapter One in Dublin

Absolute perfection! Easily one of the most breathtaking dining experiences in the entire world. The ambiance, view, and Asian dishes are on another level. I wish I could dine here every single day! Unmatched presentation and hospitality. Truly a masterclass in fine dining!

We had lunch at Mr. Viljanen's restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered the Surprise Tasting Menu with the Sommelier Selection. The menu was excellent from start to finish, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. The accompanying wines were perfectly matched to each dish. Everything was superb. The service was very attentive, always friendly and courteous. We had a wonderful and enjoyable afternoon. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Everything was incredible. Each course with the pairing of the wines were fantastic selections. Chapter One made our trip to Dublin- one to remember. Thank you for our experience and giving us a great experience celebrating our daughter’s graduation trip. We look forward to coming back when we are back in Dublin.

Simply amazing. Even though it is one of Irelands top restaurants, the vibe is so relaxed and friendly. The food and wine were to the level you would expect but the staff definitely complete the offering. We'll worth a visit.

I’ve been meaning to visit for years, after being lucky to trying other Michelin-starred restaurants in the city and further afield, I finally made it here! I wasn’t sure what to expect —> turned out to be an experience of a lifetime! Mind blowing ! Everything was absolutely immaculate. I loved the minimalist elegant design, reminded me of high end minimalist design restaurants in Tokyo so that u can focus fully on the food ! The service was spectacular—professional yet relaxed (super important as some of these places feel a bit uptight) with loads of craic and banter between courses that made the whole evening feel special. The 4 course taster was so good we found ourselves giggling between courses as in how did u think of this one ? And then the next and then the next it was a sensory experience on another level. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. Wine list was strong with well priced options for a two star ! A truly memorable dining experience a bucket list on the Irish culinary circuit without a doubt ! Keep it up Chapter One & keep punching hard ! Proud to have this culinary Irish establishment in our city !

Superb! Absolutely flawless, food is really tasty and great presented. Service was a top notch, a lots of passion delivered from the start to finish. Very recommended, and definitely will back!

We were a team of five and received a warm welcome and attentive, yet unobtrusive, service. The food, including the amuse-bouche and the delicious treats at the end, was outstanding. We spent an evening of culinary delights.

Exceptional. Lunch menu may seems steep but it isnt. The food was amazing. The staff are fantastic. Loved it. Really really good.
