Chapter One in Dublin

Absolutely delicious food, stunning presentation, lovely atmosphere, the staff are very attentive and friendly. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Ireland. The lobster and tuna were worldly.

My wife and I have been blessed with lots of travel and experiencing amazing places to eat. Chapter One may be the best dining experience we have ever had. From the ambience to the service to the food to the wine pairing, the word gobsmacked comes to mind. We were with a bunch of friends and the entire experience was amazing for all. I cannot say enough except, GO! Congrats to the entire team there, absolutely superb!!

Fine dining done right. Calm atmosphere, attentive service, and beautifully crafted dishes. Every course feels thoughtful rather than overcomplicated. Pricey, but worth it if you enjoy a refined experience. A great place for a special occasion.

I thought the first two dishes were really bang average. The cold prawns and the foie grais weren’t enjoyable at all. Post that I thought everything was fine. Maybe it’s a taste thing. Lobster, mushroom and bread were great. But for a crazy expensive price everything else was disappointing. The service was 5 stars.

This is, of course, the best dinning experience of my life, reserved for the best of occasions. What helped make my night even better is they allowed me to exchange one item of the tasting menu from the dining menu, the hare a la royale, a dish I always wanted to try. Of course you need to reserve months in advance, but for the most special occasions, I wish this experience to everyone!
