I had a really positive experience with Charcoal Grill Letterkenny. There was a system error when I came to collect my order — it showed on my phone as placed, but it hadn’t come through on their side and I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Despite the mix-up, the staff were very understanding and made the food for me without any fuss. I really appreciated how calmly and professionally they handled the situation. Great customer service — thank you!

11/11/2025: This is an excellent eatery in Letterkenny. Good fresh and wholesome food served by efficient staff. The owner Martin came and talked to us at the table and told a few “jokes”. I ended up having 2 americanos. We will be back for more - food and entertainment.

22/04/2026: This was by far the best lunch I've ever eaten in Cork - and we are talking about a decade of trying Cork's cuisine! The slow cooked beef was as tender as butter and in perfect composition with the mash and vegetables! Just excellent!
