Charlemont Bar & Bistro, menu in Dublin

Stayed at the Hilton, ordered a chicken Caesar here one night for dinner. Blown away by the quality of the food. Really great experience.

We were staying at the Hilton Hotel and this restaurant is attached to it. We came in the first night had a couple drinks got some fish and chips which were amazing and a few other things. The food was fresh and delicious. But the service is where they really shine. We were at the hotel five nights and out of five nights We were at the bar three of those eating and drinking for dinner. Each night we were lucky enough to get Dylan as a server, he was not only extremely friendly, quick, but he actually cared about how the food was made sure that we were happy at all times he was just an awesome server, honestly consider yourself lucky if you ever get the chance to have him as your server, he will make you feel special and very welcome. I'm glad that we got to personally meet him he was a true joy just to talk to.
