Hillbilly's in Dublin

Chips are not that good anymore,chicken most of the time is not cooked well,the dips are so small and half empty...sorry but looks like this place is going on the wrong way...never again..

Great food. But they always half fill my lunch box’s with chips. Gotten very stingy!

Nice food close to the city and beaches. You may have to wait for your food but it's never a long amount of time.

That gravy is serious, if ur thinking of coming here, good, live a little.

My favourite chicken place in Dublin! The food is always freshly cooked (chicken is steaming hot), the skin is nice and salty, and don't get me started on the gravy. The gravy is a MUST here! On Tuesday there's a buy 1 get 1 free for snack box 👍🏻

I just wanted to put in writing my appreciation of the staff and management in Hillbilly’s in fairview. Their chicken was always good but on Friday last we purchased the family meal and two things stood out. The first was the way it was packed. Side by side so that there was no damage to the portions. The second was the chips. Hillbilly’s has recently changed the chips they use. They tasted like chipper chips instead of the frozen ones served previously. Couple the above with the fresh and perfectly cooked chicken and the superb gravy and we had the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. Well done all. Now all you have to do is open a restaurant in Dublin 11.

Chicken burgers and tenders are tops

Lovely choice for fried chicken. I hadn’t been for 2 years but it didn’t disappoint still the same chicken and gravy. Swerve the fries though. Will be back some day
