Apart from the smell of grease, I really enjoyed my food here. It’s been many many years since I’ve been to Charlie’s and it’s better than ever. Their portions are large, too!

A hidden gem in Dublin, the fried rice with the roast duck was *chefs kiss* delicious. The service was quick eating in, the food was ready in 5 minutes and the waitress was nice. Highly recommended!

27/12/2024: Original Review Prices are absolutely despicable, every item on the menu is anywhere between 0.50 to 2.50 dearer than other Chinese takeaways in Blanch... and the food is nothing special Updated 27/12/24 Tried this again under new ownership. The prices are still high but so is everything else now due to inflation so it's not as ridiculous. The quality and portion sizes are good.

25/06/2024: Had dinner there tonight and I can’t say enough about it. The staff were absolutely lovely. Welcoming, funny, chatty but genuine throughout. The food was great. Had the burratta and prawns for starters and the lamb and linguini vongole for mains and it was all super. Had tiramisu for dessert and a fabulous bottle of wine too. Can’t wait to go back. It’s not cheap but worth every cent when you compare to other places. Can not wait to go back to La Cuccina!
