Charlys Cheesecakes in Waterford

I’ve had difficulty over the past few days finding the words to describe this absolute gent! I called the night before Christmas Eve on a whim and a panic asking would it be possible to get a Toblerone cheesecake made. I didn’t have high hopes considering how late it was as he said he was about 100+ orders deep at this stage. Thankfully Charly was very accommodating and said “leave it with me”. The next day he called to say it was ready for pick up. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation and the taste was other worldly! 5 stars! Best cheesecake I’ve ever had 👌 Thanks Charly! You honestly made our Christmas!

Littulary had a full on argument with my girlfriend because she put her tub in the bin before I could lick it clean. So nice. Considering the 3 hour trip based around getting more cheesecake.

Went into the food festival in enniscorthy wexford today to see what all the hype was about. Charlys cheesecakes were definitely worth it!
