Changing the parking at the back to one way or to be less stressful would be useful. Also not insisting people cant enter the bar via the most logical entrance. Had roast beef could be improved by actually creating a homemade gravy the current gravy tastes like thick oxtail soup poured over your dinner not good! Great offering for families with children.

We had my mother's 80th birthday party there last Saturday. The service and food were fantastic. They really have care for the customers down to an art. Very clean toilets which is always a good sign. Can't wait to go back for a good feed.

Ottimo pub and restaurant, siamo stati per una cena nel nostro viaggio, personale molto gentile ed accogliente, all'arrivo non avevano tavoli liberi ore 19:15, (si mangia preso in Irlanda) ma ci hanno fatto accomodare al pub per bere una pinta e nel frattempo il cameriere ha gestito la nostra prenotazione, appena si è liberato un tavolo da due, dopo aver fatto sedere le altre persone in coda arrivati prima, ci siamo seduti anche noi (verso le 19:35), camerieri gentili e servizio veloce ed attento. Ottima cena, anche il giorno dopo a colazione, ci siamo fermati per la notte lì, la full Irish breakfast era molto buona con possibilità di scegliere 3 tipologie di uova. Bravi ci siamo trovati bene, la camera era pulita ed il bagno con la vasca era bello grande.

What an absolute gem. A lovely traditional pub that was packed from when we got to until we left. Friendly and prompt service and without a doubt the biggest portion and the best fish and chips and beef & Guinness pie we’ve ever had. Will definitely go back and can’t recommend this place highly enough. You won’t be disappointed and as an added bonus their prices are extremely reasonable.
