Chocolate Brown Tullamore in Tullamore

When I'm with my son and his wife in Tullamore, I always try to include a visit to Chocolate Brown. The service is great, no matter how busy they get, the coffee is well above average and though other cafes serve similar cakes, sausage rolls etc, the quality of those from Chocolate Brown is higher ensuring a more satisfying eat. Overall the place delivers a great experience - superior to many a more pretentious and expensive city centre coffee shop / cafe.

Chill coffee shop for a cappuccino, croissant and/or blueberry muffin in the morning. Love the decor and quick for a take away. We were staying in an Airbnb right in Tullamore and this was our go-to spot day after day.

I am revising my review in light of the owner reply. A staff member did ask if I would like it heated and I said no. I have had cinnamon rolls in the past that were not heated but maybe it’s needed if it’s brioche. Cold it was pretty unedible. Let put this down to a one off. The restaurant is nice and lean with a good vibe and the toaster sandwich was great. Just be sure you get your cinnamon roll headed 🥮♨️
