The Chophouse is an exceptional "Gastro Pub" located between Dublin's City center and Ballsbridge embassy district. On street parking is available close by. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere welcomes you, not cluttered but clean, and warm. The team working are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout. Place has a great buzz. Food itself is superb. Steaks cooked exactly as requested, a fish platter that was full of flavour. Price worth it, will be back.

Soup of the day was mushroom truffle soup and it was amazing! Strongly recommend the fillet steak. Very nice, smooth vibes.

During one of my regular business trips to Ireland invited 4 colleagues for dinner. One of them recommended this restaurant and it was definitely a great recommendation. Food was really good, tasty, fresh, well prepared, delivered within a reasonable time. We had different steaks, and one of my colleagues a salmon and everything was simply perfect. Nice wine too. Excellent value for money. Not cheap what you get very good food for what you pay. Special mention to the staff. Friendly and attentive. Literally 1 minute after they delivered to food to the table, one of my colleagues received an urgent business call, he had to step out and was on the phone for about 20 mins. The staff had the courtesy to take the plate back to the kitchen and keep it warm. When he was back they realized that his steak was too dry to they prepared a new one for him, which was not charged to us. This is a great example of good service, attention to detail and customer oriented attitude. No doubt that will visit this restaurant again.

Dinner here was fantastic! From the mixed fish starter, to the creamy pumpkin soup and savory ceasar side salad, to the halibut and risotto meal, every bite was SO good. Such a great atmosphere and definitely worth the visit!
