One of the best chippers around. Food not too greasy. Chips always fresh. Burgers and kebabs great, and anything in batter is very tasty. Can’t fault them!

27/08/2026: My favourite pub in the area, never disappoints!

07/08/2026: The Slipper is a proper local with a great cosy atmosphere and also one of the best pints of Guinness around. It’s got an authentic old-school pub feel so perfect to sink a few pints in 👍🏻
