Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny

Walking distance from letterkenny (30 mins) apart from a brief Internet failure (yes, Vodafone again) perfect. The pork dinner & vegetarian options are recommended.

We had a fabulous midweek break at the Clanree Hotel. The room was lovely with a kettle and tea/coffee and ample storage to put our things away and a couple of comfy chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast plentiful and the pool was perfect for a relaxing swim.

Excellent hotel just as you come into Letterkenny. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideal for a base if you want to explore Donegal or visit Derry.

Lovely room reception staff lovely stupid rule about swim caps in the pool not well advertised until you get there (who wants to wear essentially a bald cap on a date night in a spar) dinner service was unorganised meal was drowned in salt and waitress took half my meal away when she come to ask if everything was ok

Our room was fabulous so clean and comfy the bed was so comfy and fresh, the breakfast was delish we loved the pool and Jacuzzi my grandkids had a great time and we are going back at Easter guess that says it all 😊
